Thanks man. It all feels right… Like before in my addiction my first thought would of been dirtbike or four-wheeler… And I prob would of bought about 1000 or more in coke. When I got and seen the check this time, my first thought was cool I wasn’t crazy excited I wasn’t ready to blow it on stupid shit. My first thought was license, and my girls birthday is coming. Addie is the 23 of this month, and autumn is September 18. So now I can get them each the present they deserve. It all feels just right like meant to be

Today has been a good day. Feeling pretty energized since my workout (haven’t worked out in months). Only have resistance bands at home so I feel like my workouts are limited but oh well its something. Having some cravings but have no $$ so thats a good thing. Real challenge will be later on this week when I do get $$. Can’t wait to get my amethyst crystal tho. Hoping that will be an extra addition to my recovery

Try giving that nasty addict voice a name. I gave mine the name of someone who was very horrible to me so everytime it tries to make me fail, I say eff off Roy, you are a nasty thing and I’m not listenimg to you. Obviously I sometimes use much stronger language! But it really seems to help.

Day 24. Blehhhhh So I airbnb my house to pay the rent and I came here yesterday and the guests had a huge party. There are currently 8 bottles of liquor here. They put dish soap in the hot tub so I had to drain it and refill it. Draining it is such a pain. And now I just discovered that they shredded and sprinkled these decorative roses I got for vday… well they had bleach in them and the petals took off the finish and turned my 5k dollar bedroom set red. Ive never even been able to enjoy this stuff for myself and I am barely breaking even renting this place out. I just feel very frustrated and defeated right now and taken advantage of. Maybe its time to sell this house.

Wow, that really sucks. I’ve stayed in a few AirBNB places (mostly in Japan).
Is there no way that you can complain to AirBNB and take some kind of action against your “guests” ?

Good evening all, I’m just about to hit the 5-day mark, and I’ll be going to bed shortly. A vague passing thought of buying some wine flashed through my head today, but I had a glass of mugi-cha (Japanese barley tea) and the thought quickly disappeared.
Things have gone well today, I finished the first draft of a big job that I have to get done for Friday, so I’ll have plenty of time to read it over and make changes, without having to rush. Also, another 25,000 steps on my treadmill. If I can do the same tomorrow, it will mean 100,000 between Saturday and tomorrow.
Still, it’s going to be a busy day tomorrow… and a sober one, too.
