Checking in : around this time i was working for an independent truck company last year the son of the companys owner was running the trucks and training newbies i came along what i did not know was this individual had lost his commercial license had multiple duiās and loved to smoke marijuana before driving the trucks so i had to ride as the passenger note i did not know any of the above mention until he pulls out about a an Ounce of Marijuana and a Pipe and tells me you become a better and alert driver when stoned i said you have to be kidding me š¤¦ i gaved him a firm NO . He understood then the day was finished he had a 24 pack of coronas that was the day around this.time last year i gave in and said yea now im almost a year sober .

Pissed because she eats it. Literally pissed at me because SHE eats it. So, as to not tempt her I put the gigantic candy jar in my office instead of the coffee station so itās not in front of her face. But, crazy sniffed it out anyways. Which tells me sheās snooping in my office when Iām not there. She has no sense of boundaries in any sense of the word. She also appears to have a problem with accountability 
Hereās the funny part. She berated me for eating āprocessedā protein bars/chips/drinks. Uhhhh last time I checked all the crap candy in that jar is processed

@undercoverkuscheltie You know, I think itās really important that a person find the right thing for them. For some people its AA, but for others it isnāt. As long as youāre getting the help you need in order to learn new life patterns and work on understanding your addictive behaviors, I think thatās what really matters. Of course, thatās just my opinion, but it sounds like youāve found some other things that really work for you and thatās awesome.

@Tomek Iām so sorry to hear that youāre having this issue with your parents. Itās completely understandable that it would hurt. You want their love and approval. Thatās completely natural. āComing outā in any way to oneās parents is always kind of a gamble because theyāre just people with their own thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and understandings of the world as their life experiences have brought them; but you did what you felt was right for you. In a perfect world, they would try to see things from your point of view and empathize with you; and you would try to see things from their point of view and empathize with themābut sadly it isnāt a perfect world. I hope that you and your parents are able to find peace over this, whatever it is.
