A sponsor is there to guide you through a 12 step program such as AA or NA. The best way to find one is to attend meetings virtually and mention it while you’re sharing. I use intherooms.com but I know there’s others listed on this link: Resources for our recovery There’s also an app called 12 step toolkit where you can post that you’re looking for a sponsor.
