Thank you, honestly, for sharing here. We all need to see that things get terribly challenging but it’s possible to overcome them. I’m sorry you don’t have more help but with everything I read about your service there I’m amazed by what you are doing. Sending humor and big hugs!

  1. Happy New Year, everyone. It feels good to be back! I’m currently on a work trip with my sweet family in tow- which has doubled in size since last September :ring: SO much has changed, since this time last year. For the last 13 months I’ve been working two jobs and have paid off all of my debt, including my car- which was an added bonus. I was able to keep my home and we plan on staying  I’m now PRN at the hospital and work full time elsewhere. My beau of 12 months at the time proposed in July and we eloped in September due to Covid and Flu season being around the corner. My kids and I somehow survived the transition from school to online/at home learning and isolation, while I slept during the day and/or flipped from night shift to day shift. Blending two families is a first for me and a little more stressful than I had expected, but I can’t tell you how much I love having a full, loud and messy home again  I’ve continued to drink, since my last check in and decided that addiction would be my last mountain of 2020 to approach. I had my last drink Christmas night. Soooo glad to be back
