The sun has been shining today and my motivation has been reborn, hooray! I did another round of decluttering with the boxes I’d already packed, tomorrow I will start sealing and labelling the boxes.
Getting anxious about the uncertainty regarding no news of exchanging, at the same time as committing to a 12 month tenancy, but just hoping all goes to plan and we still complete on the 16th

I think the cutting in the water is already starting to grow roots. I can see very thin hairlike fibres emerging from the cut end. It’s fascinating to see something like this battled cutting being reborn. Sometimes some things are not premonitions but confirmations. It’s strange and also beautiful how a simple plant can offer hope and strength.

Happy Easter sober family! Just pulled the turkey out of the oven now waiting on the potatoes to soften! Family should be here soon for dinner! Bummed not all the grandkids will be here but life goes on! Gonna have a Easter egg hunt with the little ones always a joy to watch them find the candy stuffed eggs! Tomorrow I start my journey with kicking my sugar addiction wish me luck! God is good!

Happy sober Easter to those who celebrate. Checking in, today is 6 months! I got my first covid vaccine, which I was really happy about. Then found out an old coworker/friend passed away from covid. Youngish guy with kids. Rest of the day that loss was weighing on me. Tried to put on a happy face for the kids. Tomorrow will be 6 months and 1 day!
