Slept in as usual but ready to get going now, landlord is over looking for a leak in the washroom.
Not much planned for today, hit the gym again and maybe some stepwork.

Iām celebrating day 65.
Today, I took my wifeās car to get 2 new tires. Normally, I install tires myself, but I donāt have the proper tools to install them on 18" rims.
So itās costing me $420 with the alignment (which it needs badly). But Iām happy and enjoying every minute today because

Addict voice has been very quiet though did surface a little yesterday. Instead of allowing it to furmite, I went for a run and listened to a recovery podcast. Much healthier response than allowing the voice to make babies in my mind.
Well done, that little nasty voice needs to be shut up as soon as it raises, otherwise it will dominate you! Congratulations on day 9!

Still working on day 1 and thinking back on a few days ago and the drunken stupor that made me finally take this step. Congratulations to everyone setting milestones, be it 1 day or 10 years being clean and sober. You are my inspiration
