The artist didnāt do what I asked for. I had 2 pictures and they had to be combined. But at the end he didnāt. So a part of the tattoo was not what I had asked for. That part is removed now and done over properly later.

Iāve kinda run myself into the ground with work and life. Iām taking today and took yesterday off work. Iāve been losing sleep just because my brain wonāt switch off from work. I feel bad knowing they need me there, but I need me to feel like a normal person again.
My son has his grand final with football this afternoon. Iām going to try tidy at home, go for some time out in nature today, and perhaps do some yoga and try centre and calm myself. I havenāt been feeling very calm this week.

Hey, all. Been kind of a depressing couple of days. A job I thought I had lined up fell through, and the other place I applied at hasnāt called yet. And I got a piece of mail today. My friend Theresa that I met in rehab 4 years ago has been in jail, which I just found out. I tried to send her a letter. It was returned because it didnāt have my full name on it. And it took 2 weeks to come back to me. Iāve been patiently waiting this whole time to write back, and she never got it! 
Other than that, really nothing to report. Hope everybody has a great sober evening!

Tonight will be day 191 of no self harm
Saw hadestown today. My god it was amazing. I had chills and a giant smile on my face the whole musical. For me, when I have a good day, I get home and it hits that I donāt know when another good day will be and I get incredibly depressed. Iāll update if I need to but Iām gonna try to sleep before that hits
