Trying again with day 1. I had an assessment with a treatment center for their intensive outpatient program. I’m a candidate if I can stay sober 7 days first. The problem with their program is that it’s virtual via Zoom and I’m not sure I could do 3 hours on the computer in the evenings after staring at a computer all day for work. In person would be better for me and would get me out of the house. I found a couple therapist that specialize in addiction that take my insurance and plan to reach out today. I like my current therapist but she thinks I need more specific help. She doesn’t specialize in addiction at all. My mood lifted a bit yesterday so I’m better able to think ahead.

Somehow you gotta stop trying. You got to find a way to change your mindset. I know it’s bloody hard. Zoom isn’t ideal for IOP but it’s something. For now you have 7 days to look for something else too right. I do commend you on the work you put in Karen. Keep going. It will click. Hugs.

Work is almost done, in 1 hour I’m outta here 
Got an appointment at a specialist for my hemorrhoids. Have to wait til January.
The good thing is: we have a pretty good healthcare here. The bad thing is: not enough Doctors, too long waiting time.
It’s nothing serious what I have, it’s pretty annoying but I can manage it.

I have managed to be abit more productive today 
Just doing some dusting and hang some clothed and bed covers in the garden to dry and then off for a walk to get a cake for after dinner tonight.
Then back home to cook dinner and relax so i can laze around all weekend.
