Day 135
The cold hit me like a truck. I’ll stay at home this week, one coworker has Covid and feels as shitty as I do. I’m still negative but I’ve never felt this way. Because of that there won’t be any pictures of me in my space girl costume, you’ll have to wait until next year 
I’ll stay in bed the whole day and sleep. Because that’s the only thing that doesn’t hurt rn 
Ah one thing, did the Aliens finally land somewhere or does life go on as usual?

Checking in, day 829. Feeling very anxious and unsettled. I’m about to get bad news on Wednesday (well, there is about 5% chance that it will be good news), and I’m afraid it will send me over the edge. I hate this waiting, can’t wait to get it over with and let it become reality. Taking part in a humiliating process alone drains me, especially if the outcome just takes more difficulties on my shoulder.
Otherwise I ran out of meds again, but it’s not that bad yet and theoretically there will be a delivery at the end of the week. Started to do some self-care and also socialize a bit. They cannot replace the connections I have lost, but I know that this is the way out.

Still sober. Not sleeping good again. Waking up every night at 2am the past several days. The bad thoughts are not as strong as they were. Maybe the bad sleep nights helped that a little bit. I’ve been waking up feeling as bad as I did when I had hangovers. Except, I noticed after a hot shower I would feel ten times better, and I made a mental note if it was a hangover, it would have taken an entire day to recover. So I definitely don’t miss that.

Checking in day 162! Work 12 hours today so that’ll be the day. Hoping for a somewhat calm day since it’s a bit of a stressful week the move this week. Hope this Monday is the kickoff to a magnificent and sober week for everyone!!
