Short check in. All fine but a bit tired. Yesterday Iāve worked and in the evening goldsmith class. Today a work day as well.

Glad I bought my
gear as it was coming down all day yesterday. Still managed to do a decent 
tour through town, see some sights, visit the schwules museum, and share lunch with @liminal.rehab which was a great meeting. Didnāt even know you were teasing me, thatās how innocent 
I am x.Now just awake after a whopping ten hours of sleep. Weather has improved slightly. Itās coffee and breakfast and see what Iāll do today. There will be no drinking or drugging involved, thatās for sure. Love from Kreuzberg (Thatās were the pic is from, Iām in Schoneberg myself) X.

Checking in on day 6 went to a meeting last nite was only 5 people there but have everyone time to share really enjoyed it next meeting is 2morro still keeping my eye out for a sponsor hope everyone is well

Day 4 social media free
I had too much cake yesterday and started to feel unwell 1-2 hours after eating it. I was shivering, had a very bad diarrhea and a high heart rate.
I think I lost too much liquid and nutrients in a very short time, it was really bad. Do you know the feeling when even touching your hair hurts?
Iām better now, slept almost the whole evening until now, solid 14 hours.
Iāll have a good breakfast now and going to drink enough.
If I still feel weak Iāll order groceries for delivery. Thatās more expensive than walking into the store and they donāt always have everything but yeah, it is what it is.
I think I need rest still.

I made a mixture of lemon-, orange juice and salt and some porridge with mashed banana.
Everything is silent in my tummy, thatās good

I thought I was the only person this happens to.
. Whenever that starts I know Iām gonna be down for a day or two with some kind of virus. My wife thought I was nuts when I told her this. Canāt wait to tell her I found someone else. Even if you are 5,000 miles away. Feel better soon
