Checking in day 237.
Our house we’re selling settles tomorrow which means the new owners take control.
Tonight we had a HUGE storm roll through so I drove 30 minutes to the house to check on it and it had a leak in the bedroom ceiling 
this house gives us so much anxiety and every step of the way has been HELL. We’re going to let the real-estate agent know tomorrow but I don’t think it’ll really change anything. Just one more thing for me to be worrying over. I can’t wait for it to be gone but I feel like it won’t be the end of it.
Today we took our niece and nephew to cirque du Soleil for their Christmas and birthday presents. We’ve decided we’ll do a great experience each year instead of presents twice a year. We usually just give them stuff they don’t really need or use anyway so this is a better thing to do.
A couple more weeks and we’ll be in our new home, can’t wait. Been waiting for this moment in reality for years… our forever home that we can just relax in and not have to worry about moving again.

Thanks for your concern. It’s nothing serious and it does not require any procedure. It feels like having water or cotton in your ear. The hearing is bad, there is some pressure, and sometimes sounds. This will resolve by itself. It’s just a nuisance.

Lastnight at my 20 year reunion event was a blast and much needed for me. It was great to come together to reminisce on old memories while creating new ones. I got to hang out with one of my best friends from back in the day ( we’ve been rocking since 5th grade) and meet his wife for the first time in person. God is good. I am happy and sober.

It really was a good time. We have a family event today so that’ll be more chill but equally as fun. I’m glad that I’m able to reconnect with life long friends from the past and acquire new ones as I continue down this path of recovery. Blessings all around.

220 days sober
I spend the day with my friend S. We had coffee, apple crisp and talked for hours. It was refreshing to just talk and relax together. It made for a chill day. Am relaxing tonight, hoping to sleep real well and then have a productive work day tomorrow.

Day 1121 AF
Good morning, gang.
I’ve been going to the park for the last couple of days to decompress by back on a pull-up bar. I haven’t decided on proceeding with the injections. It’s like putting a band-aid on your pain from what I’ve heard. So, I am going to try PT again. I’ve also had bad experiences with needles. Had a tetanus shot some years ago that left me with a pinche nerve on my left arm. Took me years to get better. Fuck idk what to do. I need a new body.
Had a chill day with the fam yesterday. The boys wanted pizza, and we watched Transformers One. We liked it. I finished rewatching AHS Asylum and got started with Coven. I didn’t think much of Asylum this time around. Still got Murder House on the top of my list.
The little man woke up with a toothache last night. Didn’t get much sleep. He’s better this morning.
I’m still dealing with a cold or allergies or whatever this shit is. I can still move around, so that’s a plus. Not like the flu from January, where it felt like an endless hangover.
My mom is stopping by to visit today. Gonna finish up the dishes and clean up the apartment. I’ll prolly catch the Chargers game later this afternoon.

I’m sorry friend. I don’t know how you deal with it and are still there for your family. I hear ya on being apprehensive about the injections… sometimes the solution actually causes more issues and it’s all a gamble. I do hope that you are able to find some relief soon
I agree that murder house was the best. The last few have been subpar imo… excited to see them going back to the original cast and mentallity for the new season
