I’ve had to pick up my neighbours recycling bin and whatever contents had fall into my driveway.
Found the bin rested up against my car at one point which appeared to have caused some scuffs.
Fortunately they were just surface marks that came off.
A note went through their door though highlighting that I’d done all this for them, even moving their bin out of harms way.
I just read on the news that your flight has made a new record! There were serveral flights who broke it. Last time they flew that fast was at least 2 years ago!

Day 351. Had a great day yesterday. Had my monthly ‘band practice’ with four of my oldest, dearest friends which was good fun. We play covers of songs we listened to as teenagers and its really lovely. Yesterday was Megadeth, Metallica and Pantera🤘
Even better was the fact that one particular mate, who is a heavy drinker and has struggled in the past, told me he quit at xmas. We shared some good words and both had a good laugh when he said “is this what normal people feel like?” 
Im so pleased for him.
Right now Im being extra vigalant leading up to a big milestone. From previous experience and other’s stories here I know it can be a challenging time.

day 99 and day 59. Life is tricky atm and I know without my HP I would be nothing today, I can’t do this alone. Thank you so much for always being here. You are the problem ( in my Mrs eyes) and the cure to my life and its woes.

Still sober on Sunday,today, amazing.keeping head in check, been a bit irritable but kind of kept busy,eaten small amounts,and had my vits.

James, great job!!! It seems like you are able to slowly factor some of your fears into your life. I am wondering with the noise if noise reducing ear plugs would help? Or is it visual as well as auditory?
I am sure that is exhausting. Make sure you rest enough after.
