Nice work, keep pushing for your sobriety!!!
Day 37.33
Two long days of meetings with Microsoft that i am leading. Stress meter is through the roof. At least I am not doing it after a long night of drinking.
Everyone have a great Wednesday!!!
Day 23, woop. Second job is going great, I was a nurse aid for 7 years prior to my job now. So I hopped back in as perdiam and it feels great, it’s bringing back the empathy that I lose in my addiction, I’m so happy and full of life when I’m there. My therapist gave me some great tools yesterday, and I’m waking up feeling very good today. Hope you all have a awesome sober day as well
Checking in on Day 218. Picked up tickets to see Terror in a few weeks. This band has been a favorite for a long time, and each time they come through, I always have something going on. Ready to see everyone going off, while I hang with the “old school” crew in the back.
Currently, my favorite song from them:
Have a strong day.
- I woke up today with that kind if “Fuck it! Lol” feeling. Which is a step up from a “Today I’m going to develop plans to build a weapon powerful enough to fire everyone in the world directly into the centre of the fucking sun” kinda feeling.
Yesterday I got out the house for a while. I went to look at some cars and then checked in on my grandmother for a few hrs. She hasnt been in the greatest of health the last couple of years and I know that with family spread so far out, she gets pretty lonely sometimes. I must make more effort to spend time with her.
200 days!!! Congratulations on yet another milestone. Good luck with the new job prospect! I love watching sobriety change our lives for the better.
The weirdest was that i watched that movie last weekend
Checking in, sober day !
(I like round numbers )
Wow wow wow, what a great way to bring in 200 days!!!
Congrats
Day 57…checking in friends😊
Day 72. Checking in. Beautiful weather outside. Doing yoga and heading for a walk
I’m literally laughing my ass off at work!! I’m getting strange looks from coworkers.
Check out this book called ‘easyway’ by Alan carr. It seems to be helping me with my cravings and making me realize what a farce the ‘drug industry’ is. A $ taker at ‘our’ expense. Good luck bruh.
by now everyone else would have told you how great you are BUT hell I’m going with it, your awesome and I’m proper pleased for you. Well done. Doesn’t ever get boring being told your great does it
I’m really proud of you, standing up for your needs is so important. Congrats on your days and your new job
What is this thing?
Congrats on 200! And on a positive response to your interview! You go!
lovin it, lovin it, lovin it, lovin it like that,. Real proud of you.
