Good morning from a Newfoundland Canada. Just checking in and hoping everyone has a great successful day. Off too work now for 12 hours, trying to start my day positive and stay that way. Canāt believe Iām over two weeks sober now, almost feels like Iām cured lol. Still want to drink but in a good mindset and plan to stay that way. Have a great day all.

Day 59. Almost 2 months. Got some family time planned at the belgian coast this weekend. Itās fun!
When we go out for a walk by the sea I notice all the bars, stroreās, you name it that have alchol advertisements hanging outsideā¦ itās a totaly accepted drug. Alcohol. I do get some cravings because of that now and then.

Second clean and sober check in. Did catch all the sunshine available today (and maybe in the coming week). Feeling good! Iām not in top form but it was very nice to be out there and ride. Always love the bikes only road through the dunes next to the North Sea the best. @050Nl Maybe next time we can meet in Katwijk Joost. When itās a bit warmer and I feel a bit stronger. Love from the Dutch dunes to all.

Good morning everyone, ahhh beautiful day here in tupper lake, last night I didnāt get to go with my girls to the circus, my ex had asked if I wanted to go, but her bf through a fit about it so I couldnāt go, not something Iām gonna let bother me accepted and moved on. The changes Iām feeling are so amazing, yesterday I was cracking jokes with ppl and being funny, I havenāt seen this Mike in 18 fricken years. I use to have a plain face with no emotion. Ppl are literally like wanting to talk to me, I use to always think ppl hated me, and it was because of what the alcohol was doing to meā¦ So many huge milestones Iām seeing Iād love to go through and tag everyone but I just donāt have the memory to remember everyone yet 
. Time to go hit some weights, have a awesome sober Saturday friends, thank you guys so much for being here with me

Day 512, I think. Thanks everyone for the well wishes. I was feeling particularly sorry for myself with this sickness yesterday. I donāt necessarily feel better today, but my mentality and emotional state is better. I love seeing everyoneās progress @Frank68 - 2 years is amazing! And love seeing people battle through hard times and staying sober - @BobIsGone - loving watching your progress!
