Back was feeling all good. Weird pain that was.
Got 100 burpees in. 1300/3100. 2 days behind that I need to catch up at some point soon.
I really wanted to make it a daily 100 but had to listen to the body and rest

Was very stiff and in pain after the weekend. Even with stretches lol
Felt good to get back in today
Started this week with legs
Stretches and stair climber always for warmup
Everything 3 of 12 with 4 set lowest weight til failure

I highly recommend it, as long as it’s owned and operated by actual experts and not some Joe Shmoe who got a certificate for finishing an 8-hour seminar.

Had a mad rush to get to boxing this morning but made it.
Got 150 burpees in to try and catch up some of the ones I owe from missing a couple days

First time in the gym since last Wednesday, though I did do a long walk Friday passed also.
Today:
Strength training, 1 hour. 240 squats involved
Body balance class straight after, 1 hour
Over 10k steps by lunch.
83 zone minutes.
Hahahah, they are shaky and the DOMS hasn’t even set in yet…… you have way more compassion than my instructor who screams at us if we haven’t already had two litres of water by 9am
