Yeah, happens all the time. Comes with the territory. Especially training a defense system as brutal as Krav Maga. Even with full protective gear on we all still get banged up pretty badly. I will have been doing this stuff for 3 years in September. I’m well-acquainted with the hurt. I just consider it part of the training.
Felt good today. At work did a Quick 20mins on the bike and a stretch before getting into my burpees, only got 50done before I got interrupted, then managed another 30 later on before being interrupted again and finally completed the last 20.

I’ve changed my practice from Vinyasa (dynamic form of yoga) to Hatha (holding poses for longer time) and wow, it feels so good. Something new.

Body pump class 1 HR directly after.
15k steps by 3pm //
123 zone minutes, 154 BPM achieved weight lifting by the bicep track.
Last day Ignite yoga. Tomorrow I‘ll probably start with the Intermediate Calendar. Looking forward to more interesting classes and poses.
Got to work early and got my 100 for the day in. On a 24hr shift today so will look at adding to that this afternoon.

My morning 5.25 mile walk usually takes care of 11500 steps. My parents live 5 min walk and the pool is 10 min walk so I guess it just adds up quick.
Your burpees astound me. Not sure I could do 20 let alone 100 daily.

I’m dead. The workout was actually Body Combat class so lots of punching, kicking, parries, upper cuts and Burpees. She went over by fifteen minutes so it was intense, then straight into my weightlifting class
