July 20th… workout complete
Surprisingly i got up at 4am to workout at the gym thats about a 10 min walk from my place. A little sketchy walking downtown at that time of the morning tho. Today i did muscle groups that I cant usually work out that well at my home gym:
Chest & back
- Smith Machine bench press
- Flye machine
- Lat pulldown
- Seated row
- Rear delt fly machine
Now off to work. Im beat lol

I’ve been using my Apple Watch but not sure if I’m doing things correctly lol. I’m still learning this darn thing since getting it. I’m being mindful of my workouts and the quality of foods I’m using to fuel me back. I’m starting to see some new definitions forming and fat coming off. Feeling strong. So glad I’m frkn sober
Yesterday was Week 2 Day 5 did legs again because why not.

Triceps and shoulders are my nemesis… I’m so weak on both those groups! Good going

I know! Im surprised too lol funny how im barely able to make it to the gym during the week at 5/530am but today, before work, i managed a workout. Woke up at 4am and exercised from 430-530.

Week5, day2 running program
Haley wasn’t feeling good yesterday and I’m not feeling great today so our walking mileage is a little down but stuff still got down this week. My bike doesn’t have a thing to count miles but it was a 45 minute ride
Rest day today. Stretched my legs a bit and focused on muscle repair.
July 21st

Feeling good. Did have to take a few days off this week but I’m grateful I got back to my routine and am healing well from the fall.

Yall I had a great Sunday not doin a THING! I did make church but came home and threw down some homemade biscuits and sausage gravy and fried potatoes I was too busy Smashin to get a pic of the glory lol
