Well guys I haven’t been in the gym or worked out at all since last post about. Had some issues with a drunk family member that effected a few days of my mojo. And hurricane debbie hitting land and rolling through the south has a lot of flooding in the area. Not making excuses, just that family member was really hard to deal with in my sobriety. But I’ve been good on diet and intermittent fasting. So not a loss, just no gains. I’m hoping to hit the gym tmrw after work! Hope you all are well
I’ve been going light on the weights lately in preparation for my trail race on the 17th. The last thing I want is heavy sore legs. Running has been going good though and my walking streak is still happening.
@jbaldwin84 Life stuff happens, sometimes it’s good to take time off the gym. It will be waiting for you when you can return.

Took yesterday off, was feeling a bit banged up.
Just got in the gym at work and got my daily movements into a workout. 5 rounds of a little circuit with burpees, situps, pushups, kb squats and kb press.
