I’ll probably only do 2 weight sessions this coming week as well. I plan to focus on walking and yoga before race day next saturday :running_woman:t2::tada:

Took a day off as I have three classes tomorrow.

Did an hour’s walk around the cemetery instead in the pleasant early sun. Said hi to Pete Burns grave :heart:

Oof :sweat_smile: I’m having an off week. Low volume is not my thing. It’s all or nothing, like everything else lol I’ve been walking and did a run yesterday but nothing else. I tried for some yoga earlier but couldn’t get in the mindset. I have a run tomorrow and will probably try for some yoga again. I know time off is good for the body and I want a fresh non sore one for my trail run saturday. Trying to look at the bigger picture. I’ll be back to weights next week 🏋🏻‍♀

Ok finally got active. But instead of the gym I decided Gus and I needed some fresh air. Just a little hike

I think I’ll hit the gym this evening. I need to hit some weights.
