Oof I’m having an off week. Low volume is not my thing. It’s all or nothing, like everything else lol I’ve been walking and did a run yesterday but nothing else. I tried for some yoga earlier but couldn’t get in the mindset. I have a run tomorrow and will probably try for some yoga again. I know time off is good for the body and I want a fresh non sore one for my trail run saturday. Trying to look at the bigger picture. I’ll be back to weights next week 🏋🏻♀
Ok finally got active. But instead of the gym I decided Gus and I needed some fresh air. Just a little hike
