I have always heard water exercises are more difficult than land exercises

Thank you very much. Recently I found out I still have ribs. Fat tummy always first to show up and last to leave. Exercise is proof of benefits.

75 minutes in the garden, there is an end in sight! Also, my garden waste bins are full to the brim so I need to wait until they are emptied tomorrow.
Before y’all start wondering: no, I don’t have a very large garden, I just did SFA with it for a good 4-5 months
