1.5 hours in the garden, digging out a rogue black oak tree that got infested, the roots were sprawling!

Another milestone reached, 14 days of exercise completed. I still don’t love gardening, but getting up and moving makes me feel good :muscle:

Thank you very much. Recently I found out I still have ribs. Fat tummy always first to show up and last to leave. Exercise is proof of benefits.

5 min elliptical (got burnt out so ended early lol)

Drank my EAAs and my protein so feeling good!

75 minutes in the garden, there is an end in sight! Also, my garden waste bins are full to the brim so I need to wait until they are emptied tomorrow.

Before y’all start wondering: no, I don’t have a very large garden, I just did SFA with it for a good 4-5 months :flushed:
