Thank you very much. Recently I found out I still have ribs. Fat tummy always first to show up and last to leave. Exercise is proof of benefits.

Cardio:
20 min incline treadmill walk
5 min elliptical (got burnt out so ended early lol)

Drank my EAAs and my protein so feeling good!

75 minutes in the garden, there is an end in sight! Also, my garden waste bins are full to the brim so I need to wait until they are emptied tomorrow.

Before y’all start wondering: no, I don’t have a very large garden, I just did SFA with it for a good 4-5 months :flushed:

Attempted the hack squat machine but its intimidating. I couldnt quite figure out how to use it lol Will try it again another day.

Recumbent bike at a slow pace

Getting there on the right vs. tons left to do on the left. Another 75 mins in, it’s touching 80°F here today and working in the sun made me :hot_face: Time for some cold tap water!
