Back in pool. 90 minutes water walking/jogging. 105 push ups and 65 jumping jacks. Both in the shallow end of pool which is a bit tougher.

… And we came back to the whole building having no hot water … so -idiot that I am- I decided I would Wim Hof breath my way thru it in the frigid shower .
I don’t think I will do that again, sweaty or not
Signed up for a half marathon mid November, the longest run I’ve done is 6 miles so far and that was yesterday. Pressure on, I don’t want to be last in my age category but if I finish without stopping or walking any of it I’ll consider it a win.

75 Minutes Water Aerobics. I just love it. Arms are so much stronger. Getting my limberness back in legs. Slow and steady progress from surgery. Funny that I have to train new hip with movements as it has never done these things before. Sobriety has opened up a new healthy world of exercise I never experienced before.

Havent been ti the gym in about a week so today i did:
Full body workout
30 min incline treadmill on fat burning setting
Weighed in at: 251.2 lb
Surprisingly i lost .4lb over this past week. How? Idk bcuz i have been eating poorly and not exercising. But ill take it

Mine is the same. I try not to take my watch so seriously. It’s not a doctor! Also if I feel good and my weight is ok and BP is ok then that’s enough.

What do you do for your shadow boxing session? I usually only do a few rounds as a warm up or warm down. Am away from the gym next week but need to keep up the work load, will be doing some longer shadow boxing workouts for sure
