1 hour water aerobics. 100 pushups and 75 jumping jacks. I am noticing I am much stronger in my arms. I checked out October fitness challenge here already and it is all Push ups. I plan to challenge hubby and perform them on land. Will definitely not hit the daily goals but I am game!

So this is new terminology for meā€¦what does it mean to get bald in terms of working out?
