Additionally:

Pretty cruisy kind of day. No gym so a bit of rest was good. 1 more work day.

I am thinking about trying the One Punch Man routine
Whats that? Ive never heard of that routine before
100 squats

100 push ups
50 pull ups (this one is added by me lol)
10km running.
A great workout. The only downside is you end up getting bald as a result of this workout.
26000 steps so far today, but the big hike is tomorrow.

1 hour water aerobics. 100 pushups and 75 jumping jacks. I am noticing I am much stronger in my arms. I checked out October fitness challenge here already and it is all Push ups. I plan to challenge hubby and perform them on land. Will definitely not hit the daily goals but I am game!

I hadnāt watch a lot of anime, just a few classic ones, but omg, one punch man is so good I laughed so much!

Ah yesā¦Iām trying. I am grateful that I am able to do as much as I am lately. Itās a huge improvement. Just hoping to see some results soon.
