@mrfantastik I have always favored working out at home over the gym (mental issues) Since I moved in with my brother and lost my gym setup I have had to do a lot of improvisions. I find this helped me realize I can be working out no matter where I am and no matter what tools I have.

@remican Still in the same cycle of lose 2 gain 3. I am trying not to let it affect me but the numbers are rising. Not muscle cause I did check the stats on the new scale. Just gotta keep pushing forward and hopefully one day I’ll see the results

I’m content with how the year is going. Only 3 more weeks for the half marathon training plan I’ve been working through I’ll run the distance later this month. It will be my first one since my plantar fasciitis issue back in January, crazy how long it took to recover from that injury.

10 x 2min rounds alternating skipping and shadow boxing w/1kg dbs.
1min rest in between rounds but also 10 push ups and 10 squats each rest.

Had alot on my mind today and juat felt like doing cardio. So today I did:
20 min incline walk
20 min stationary bike on fat burner setting
15 min elliptical
So cool! Have fun with it
Rest day, my shoulder and neck are aching.
October 3rd workout complete
Did triceps, shoulders, and chest
Hit a new PR on the smith machine bench press: 70lb
Then did 20min of incline walking on treadmill
Current wieght: 250lb (-4lb since Tuesday. Probably water weight but ill take it)

Just finished up arm work and I did the diamond pushups without mods And used the 35lb bar for upright rows 🏋🏻♀:muscle: My arms are tired but I feel strong!
