Body pump new release #103 is in classes now, and I tried it today. Holy moly, those cruel deviants who make these classes! I feel this one will get me in shape.
Cancelled tonightâs spin as I have already done enough with weight lifting and over 10k steps. I ache, and Iâm giving myself grace to say thatâs enough for today.
If you can get into a LES MILLS body pump class, this newest release is great!

Hard sparring last night, copped a black eye and some tender ribs. Then this morning went to the gym hoping for some pad rounds but it was beginner sparring. Jumped in for some rounds, immediately took a couple to the ribs haha.
Got some push ups and a good stretch in afterwards

Unlikely haha. Not an injury, just a bit of bruising. I do struggle with deciding what needs rest and what requires just toughing it out⊠Iâm learning to apply a bit more rest as I get older
aaah yes! this is a hard one indeed. we each are different here and have to learn to listen to our own bodies (not an easy task). hope the bruising isnât too painful.
