Itâs good to change things upâŠkeeps the body guessing imo.
Howâs the Wolf Session program going?
Great to see you checking in . Looking forward to seeing your updates
I love it ⊠doing your own flow allows you to change things up (as youâve noticed) and listen to your bodyâs needs. Great work
17k steps!!! Helps yeahâŠyou crushed your goal.
I am enjoying the walks. Not always at a brisk pace but always great for mental peace. Was u able to do this morning as itâs been raining. Hopefully later today.
Yep you should come back everyday!
I am wearing my FITBIT again. Need proof I donât sit on my BUTT all day. Today I have 4400 steps and that is with a very sore foot. 8 of 9 hours active,
First workout in months! I went for a walk, and did a 30 minute Tabata! 4 exercises, 3 blocks, 2 rounds, 40 secs on, 20 off. Not too heavy for a start! But feeling goooood! Iâll tell how I feel tomorrow after months of not working out!
monday
5km evening run
Great to see you checking in . Love the set up! Hope your body isnât too sore tomorrow
I hope the same, keep you posted!

5 mile brisk walk
30 minute shadow boxing
30 min yoga
21000 steps
Sorry for the confusionâŠthe 5 miles are a part of the steps for the day (so 11000 steps is part of the 21000 steps).
Itâs such a good double sesh on a Tuesday. Really hard but invigorating! You feel it! Your body just keeps burning the entire day even at rest. Work smart, burn hard
October 15 workout complete
Had 4 days off from the gym so glad i went today! Did:
20min incline treadmill walk to warm up
Chest and triceps
20min elliptical
Weigh in: 254lb
Workout session at home. 10 min warmup + 32 min of Tabata. Blocks of 4 exercises each, split in 4 blocks: upper body, lower body, cardio and abs. Thus 32 sets of 40 secs on, 20 secs off each.
1 hour 45 minute workout at the gym. I know youâre supposed to split your workouts but Iâm new at this and just go by my own program. As long as Iâm breaking personal bests every day. I think itâs working. lol. If anyone has any tips or suggestions, please message me.

5 mile brisk walk
30 min hiit workout
21500 steps
Great to see you getting back in the gym and doing the workouts. No real advice except to say that make sure to listen to your body. No two days are the same so what you can do one day may be different the next.
Make sure to stay hydrated and get enough nutrients/ protein throughout the day so you can maintain the gym schedule. The truck is to push yourself but now not to push past the threshold (different for each of us). Keep going strong
