Been battling away with this rib injury, seems to be calming down a bit.
Got in a light 20mins on the bike followed by a 20min interval workout on the assault bike.
All while watching the kids train, perfect scenario.

Leg day :fire: Really tried to push myself today. Also did a slow 10min treadmill walk afterwards. Was hard to do cardio with my legs so shaky lol

I find it interesting that I have been hardly working out and my stress level is higher. It’s normally in the low 20s even when I’m running long distances. Hip is still an issue but it does hurt a bit less so I’m hoping there is healing happening
