Bent over rows
Dumbbell face pulls
Bent over reverse flys,i do these on shoulder day also.
Seated press behind neck
Upright rows
Shoulder shrugs
Each 4 sets of 12 to 15 except shrugs,up to 40 or failure on these
Planks and Crunches to finish.
30 min walk for fresh air later,got plenty of steps in at work today

Well done! I can’t do push-up right now because of my shoulder. But there’s plenty of other things to do! :blush:

Those steps include my morning walk, and also I had my car in the garage (change of tires) and I had to walk through town to get my errands done! :sweat_smile:

2nd time playing an hour of pickle ball and it was quite the step up from last time, level-wise. My fellow players say I have talent (used to play a lot of squash/racketball in my days), but I will be very sore tomorrow… Send help please, may struggle to move! :crazy_face:

Tuesday
Early morning run. The sky was gorgeous! You don’t see so many bright stars here often. I was running quite slow but no wonder, with my head looking up all the time :slight_smile: I feel charged.

3rd game of pickleball :heavy_check_mark: I believe that I am technically getting better, but the soreness levels are a different story altogether. That’ll teach me for being a :couch_and_lamp::potato:!
