I felt so tired this morning so skipped my normal class and slept an extra 3 hours. Just finished up a cycle class that kicked my butt with hills :biking_woman:

10K steps (no brisk walking though, just from moving around)
50 min HIIT workout after work! 4 different blocks, 3 rounds, each block had 1 min of rope skipping. My neighbor from below must be really happy to have me as a neighbor! :woman_facepalming:t3::rofl:

25km run this morning. So many hills. This was my longest run ever. Very proud. Legs are so very tired.
