Blt class after 3 days off (it was hard ) update
Walked 31/2 miles to meeting last night .traffic wasn’t moving out the village and I’m not blessed with the virtue of patience when it comes to traffic jams and I have legs that work . I actually enjoyed it and beat my record time results all round

I’m trying to get back on track.
Did some gentle 20min workout this morning. No equipment. I miss my kettlebells but I dont want to rush. I miss running even more but first want to get rid of that cough from hell.
I hope to check in here regularly again :slight_smile:

Will get back to weights shortly. Just needed to get my foot into the gym again after 10+ days off

This was a violent fight against my lizard brain. It was saying “don’t bother, you are on your period and feeling shit”.

Now I have my period, and I also can’t lift my shoulders or glutes :rofl::rofl::rofl::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Day 3 of 30 done.
Tomorrow is a rest day on the app and I hope to go for a little run. I dont feel sick anymore, just this cough doesn’t want to go away. I will see how it’s gonna be.
