Daily fitness check in šŸ’Ŗ

Saturday
4.3km run
Boy was i strugglingā€¦ Donā€™t remember having such a difficult run, I was so happy when I came back home. On the top of that, I gained some weight and my sport bra was so annoyingly tight, ugh. It was distracting and bothering me whole run.

But must admit, even if this run felt terrible for me, the end result look pretty good, nice tempo.

I made more than 21k steps today which is very much for me.

My 30 days workout plan have a rest day today, nice
Iā€™m already in better place, mentally. Be able to work out means so much to me :relieved:

Iā€™m sorry friend - I do know the struggle of how hard it is not being able to work out when you so want to. Hope you are resting up and healing well.
Did the surgeons say how long the recovery will take? I know some surgeries require 4-6 weeks before any workouts are permitted.

You will be at it in no time working towards your baldness :pray:t4:.
