Did another ‘light’ session today.
Really miss going hard. I did incline bench 3 sets of 50kg amongst other things. Felt a slight throbbing in my head so stopped. Just a bit paranoid with everything that’s going on. Still bloody waiting for a neurologist appointment grrrrrrr

That had got to be frustrating. Sorry friend. Good that you are able to get some movement in (I know it’s not what you are used to)…do hope they speed things up with your appointment. Shocked that they aren’t more on top of it. Stay positive my friend :muscle:t4: you are doing great :hugs:

First fitness check-in in I don’t know how many days! 10 min warm-up and 30 minutes workout with my own body weight and some equipment (something light to start with). Feeling good! Tomorrow I’ll feel it I guess… Peu a peu! Or like they say where I live: poc a poc! :muscle:t2:

@Tito23 - right :wink: one unsolicited advice if I may. My dad had problems with kidneys so he went thru many consultations with doctor. One recommendation to keep kidney from potential dysfunction (also for healthy people) was not to overload it by drinking too much water at once. Max is 0.7dcl at once. If you drink 3L per 45mins - 60mins that’s already a volume I would really reconsider as 3L is a daily recommended water intake. Take care :hugs:
