Just finished a workout at home! 2 rounds, one with 50 secs on/ 20 secs off (that took me 30 minutes), the second I decided to go a bit softer: 30 secs on/ 15 secs off! Still added another 15 minutes! + warmup and some stretching :muscle:t2:

90 minutes of pickleball. It’s was very windy which gave things an interesting ‘spin’ :joy:

Back and ankle are holding up well and I love how it allows me to release pent-up negative energy!

I had to Google pickleball!! Would that be something like paddle?

1 hour workout today! + 10 min warmup and stretching! :muscle:t2: I did the same as two days ago, tomorrow I need to come up with a new routine!

Yeah, pretty similar. Technically, I guess it’s a mix between tennis and paddle. I always play doubles and it’s such a load of fun!

Today I thought “oh the last workout was way too easy, I can handle more” :weary:
I’ll be very whiny the next days and come back here to cry :smiling_face_with_tear:

I am about to do that with a second round of pickleball in two days… You and I can suffer together tomorrow :face_with_head_bandage:

I took a painkiller yesterday evening before bed so I’m able to move today :zombie: Only the right side of my collarbone still hurts bc I was too enthusiastic with one kettlebell move :smiling_face_with_tear:

Glad to hear, gotta take care with those kettle bells!

It isn’t quite tomorrow yet but I just got up to get some more water and I am a bit stiff, that’s for sure

Had a relapse and just coming back to earth and being able to function so today is the 1st day back to training. I think a catch up day of back and byceps and when I go shopping later the Mrs can bring it back and I will take a jog, (truth, 50 run 50 walk).

Is anyone else on here weight training for size?

Welcome back Ash. Be gentle with your workout as a relapse can take a lot out you if you feel like you are just coming back to Earth.

Great to have you back with us. :muscle:t4::muscle:t4:

For me, the weight training is on a low weight scale to tone and get lean (a size reduction).

Thankyou both! Yes I am a pro at over doing things! Thankyou for the kind words and I only ask as my gains just really put me down when they are lost so quick but just had a work out and feel ontop of the world!!! Without reading through these posts I may not be feeling like this now so a massive thankyou to you all and go hit your training!

Love the burn!!!
No pain no gain!!!
Love you all xxx
