Feeling a bit better slowly.
Feel like since Christmas I was not so much on track. Closing times, crowded gym, freezing illness lol, blah! Did something anyway, but I want to get more routined again.
So unroutined weekend starts with mums birthday celebrations.
31.01.
Started bodybalance course, but had to leave as there was someone doing substitution and it was so boring and not even the program.
So workout was:
15 minutes rowing fullspeed
2 circles of egym full-body strength training
10 min treadmill with 12% and 3kmh speed
We have only one tutor who does it properly and she’s excellent and very safe. The others are horrendous and cover is not worth it. I got an intercostal rib sprain injury from stretching in a bad body balance class and was off gym for six weeks in agony and on strong painkillers. You did the right thing to walk out!

Early morning Pilates session for me. Felt absolutely amazing in the hips and back and shoulders. Nice ab and core workout on rest day. Tomorrow is a cardio smash day!
