I am looking to be more consistent in physical activities since i find myself dealing with a lot of depressive and intrusive thoughts these days. Activities always helped.
Although, i struggle to stick to a plan. This is my second day off today because i just feel exhausted , even if i wanted to do some causal indoor bike training. I do manage to get 2 x 1h cross training classes per week, sometime 1x30 min swim and sometime 1x30 min bike, and sometime some running.
I’d like to get some exercise everyday, but it’s hard to manage recovery and not going into excess, while still being consistent.
Not every day is easy. You really need to listen to your body and do what you can do (sometimes rest is what is needed and there is no shame in that).

Kettlebell workout today was:
15 swings
12 rows each side
10 squats
5 clean and press each side
3 or 4 rounds don’t remember exactly bc I was exhausted
Mixed weights today, 4kg and 8kg, tomorrow I’ll see how my body reacts.

2 cycles egym full-body strength training
3 km rowing
Tuesday:
Circa 2000 meters swimming
Relaxing on bubble bath lounger
Wednesday:
60 min Yoga class
3 rounds of Sauna
Thursday:
Rowing warmup
2 cycles of egym full-body strength training
LesMills body balance class
Friday:
2200 meter swim
Saturday:
Rowing warmup
2 cycles of egym strength training
3 km rowing
4 cycles of Sauna, each long one,
Peeling for face and body
Additionally I took a little walk for lunch break everyday. Ate quite good and balanced. Yesterday I ordered Thai food, learning, it was much too late, I was already hungry for 4 hours before.
Did predominately legs at gym this afternoon. Then after tea, went for a 9km bike ride, what was I thinking? Will probably be walking like Bambi on Wednesday.
