Yesterday I did a 4 mile easy run and took the doggos for their normal walk.
Today I took the doggos walking and am about to do a leg workout.
I also did the July challenge yesterday but forgot to post on the thread
Tomorrow my routine will be interrupted because I work and on holidays we are open 7-330. I won’t have time for anything before. Depending on how hot it is when I get off I may try for a run.

Does dragging myself to the grocery store AND the parcel locker count as a workout on a day where I want to just lie down, eat food and watch TV?

Harder on my days off to motivate myself, but got them done. Now a bike ride to test if I’ve solved my recurring flats issue

I am terrible about the daily checkins Yesterday, I ran 2.5 miles before work. This morning I took the doggos for their walk, ran a 2 mile fartlek and threw some weights around. It was bicep, tricep and glute day

Housework and sorting for two to three hours.
glad you got in your run yesterday…I know it was gonna be a tight squeeze with work.
