July 6th- Doggos got their walk, did a 45 minute full body workout and then a yoga workout. Also caught up on the July challenge. Long run tomorrow My trail shoes should be coming in soon so this coming week I’ll be trying those out on a gravel path.

Saturday was my day off… Which meant sour jelly snakes, fudge munchies and general treats. Kicks the metabolism into touch, for me anyway.
Today I’ll attend my yoga class and also squeeze in a 5k run. If not, at least a walk plus yoga.

I was to lazy to workout in any way but I’ve watched footbal and my bpm was very high probably so I will count it as a cardio

I’m feeling exhausted and sore today. I think I’m going to take 2 days off exercises (minus doggos walks, that doesn’t count) and a week-ish off running.
