Yesterday was a shit show and I forgot. I was awake at 3 then had the strangest day. Anyways… I’m here and I’m still clean!!!

Day 13. Got it done. Struggled with staying still and keeping my mind quiet.

I have maxed out “meditating in silence”.
Day 14, Three minutes of still and quiet, here goes nothing. It flew by today but gratefully achieved some calm from it. Namastae

Day 14 done I’ve missed a good portion of this month.
I have trouble prioritizing meditation in my daily life. Im going to do my best to add this into my day for the rest of the month, instead of beating myself up for not doing it.

Yeah so what I am going to do is continue on with the challenge using the audio provided on insight Timer. I will also continue to practice 3 minutes in silence and move that up accordingly as I get more comfortable.

I was doing great every day up until Sunday. I really wanted to do it but I missed out. Definitely not going to beat myself up about it either. Maybe I can still squeeze one in.

Does that mean take in five deep breaths?
I’m familiar with taking breaths in and holding them and letting them out. To a certain count.
I’m familiar with Vipsanna.
If Somebody feels like it please help me figure out how I can start this, I don’t understand the chart. Thank you.
The Vipsanna is 15 minutes
Can I leap in and take three or four deep counted breaths four or five times a day and do the Vipsanna?
Day 15 done It is nice getting back to this. Really made a difference in the past when I did twenty a day, ten when I got up and ten at the end of the day. We should try to institute something like that when this challenge ends. &
Got my 3.5 in tonight. With a purring little girl on my chest. That could be cheating.
