Welcome Annie. It is pretty fucking scary. It was for me anyway. This is a great place to get support. Addiction is to hard to go it alone. Especially if we don’t even think we got a problem.
I’m not drinking today. And I’m probably not drinking tomorrow. And that’s all I really can handle.

Have a good read around. Lots of wonderful people here just trying not to pick up that first drink or DOC. The most important one not to have.

Welcome to the forum. This is a great app to get support. Going to meetings AA and other types of support are very beneficial. A lot of people need more than this app for support. The main thing is to get support. I’ve tried countless times to quit drinking I got really good at quitting. But now I got support. And I’m not drinking today. And I’m probably not drinking tomorrow. One day at a time. It works. But we all got to swallow a little of our pride and toughness and ask for help. Your not alone.
