No sir. I wasn’t really even into superheroes as a kid, so I don’t even get nostalgic value out of it.
The only superhero things I was into were the X-Men cartoon from the early 90s, and the Michael Keaton “Batman” films. The early-2000s X-Men films (well the first 2) with Patrick Stewart were cool, though.
I didn’t know the orginal voices were back, that’s good at least.
I was about to say this: “I’d miss the music. Mark Mothersbaugh from DEVO did the whole soundtrack from the original Rugrats”.
But then I looked at wiki real quick to see if he’s returning too. They’re still using the same theme song (which he wrote), but the composer of the reboot music is Bob Mothersbaugh, Mark’s brother and fellow member of DEVO. I may have to have a peek at that, I’m intrigued. I didn’t even know Bob did soundtracks.
I watched the Spiderman Home Coming and it has Keaton in at as the bad guy! Dude is such a great actor.
I just watched that one as well…it was so good!
Loved him in Beetlejuice
Right?! When he gave his speech to him before they duked it out was.my favorite scene! Another good one with a good bad guy actor in it is Man of Steel. The dude who played General Zod was awesome. Favorite Super Hero Villain hands down.
Definitely a classic right there. I remember a few months back I was doing some work running CAT 5 cable in a big office and this movie was on. I ended up making popcorn and watching the whole thing. My Sgt. walked in on me to check why I was taking so long and ended up watching the rest of the movie with me
I managed to only rack up one flag today. I must be mellowing out in my old age
Oh it be like that
Likewise,
I have Verizon for cell service and they gave me the Hulu, Disney +, ESPN bundle to go with it, I think I created log ins, and that’s as far As I got
That’s how I got mine…Verizon. My daughter and mother in law use it all the time so it’s been worth it. If it were just me, I wouldn’t continue it past the 1 year free trial.
I’m a Apple Music whore so I was already paying for that, then they offered that bundle and it gives me 6 months free. Ok I’m in like Flynn
Given that we were just discussing a few streaming services the other day…
I had to upgrade my phone plan yesterday (only a $10 difference), and by doing so, I am getting Disney+ and Discovery+ as freebies. On top of that, I already have Hulu, but that’s included too so I now longer have to pay for it. Score!
Atleast temporarily… They sucker u into the contract and once probation period 6mo is over it will go full price…
Disney+ and Hulu offers have no end date
Discovery+ is 12 mos, but I was planning on getting it anyhow.
I was sure to ask!
Depending on your provider if you lease a phone you have a contract i bought bribe outright from a 3rd party provider so I have no contract just pay my bill every month
Patience please while I move this discussion to its own thread. Thanks!
