I recently watched the Dahmer one on Netflix and the series about the Boston Strangler on Hulu ā both were great IMO.

Recovery is going well right now. Havent had many cravings to use. Just focusing on my health and losing all this sober weight i gained lol
Weekend was busy. I usually work Saturday and Sunday but this past weekend i spoke at a gala for Pediatric Cancer and then stayed home the next day to grocery shop and clean the apartment. It was more of a mental health day i guess.
I have been having quite a bit of anxiety lately. Moments of being on an emotional rollercoaster too. Just feeling all the feels.
How are you all doing?

Sounds like productive weekend!! Fight that anxiety girl. It sucks and she likes to stay as long as possible. Thinking about you and your little boy

So good to see you posting friend. Saw you have 63 days! Thatās impressive. This is around the time when our emotions start to run amok (all those emotions we kept muffled with our DOC). Its great that you are allowing yourself to feel and know that ALL your feelings are Vali. We are here if you need to talk through it. This is a wonderful list to work through.

Ah Hells bells! Some people can be so flippin cruel. Iām sorry that these ladies behaved this way. It takes time love ā noone figures out the routine in a few classes. WTF are they expecting? Donāt let their words ruin your day / evening any more than they already have.
Hell yeah girl - you keep going back and having fun. I like Danās advice of killing them with kindnessā¦ that way you donāt stoop to their level and set them straight. Why people have the need to be this way is beyond me (something missing in their own lives).

I used to think that people who stir the shit pot should be made to lick the spoon but I donāt behave that way anymore ,nor do I call people a dickhead
