I did a blt class today . Only my Second time ever in a gym class. It was really fast and intense . I’m feeling very stressed out about it ,almost to the point of being upset .I’m finding it really hard to follow the steps and make my arms and legs do what others are doing .some of the ladies weren’t very nice about me and they weren’t quiet about it either😞 I feel really lost . Does it get easier , will I start to get it right . I’m going to go back because I’m a stubborn mf and I enjoyed it .just would like some friendly advice

Ah Hells bells! Some people can be so flippin cruel. I’m sorry that these ladies behaved this way. It takes time love – noone figures out the routine in a few classes. WTF are they expecting? Don’t let their words ruin your day / evening any more than they already have.

Hell yeah girl - you keep going back and having fun. I like Dan’s advice of killing them with kindness… that way you don’t stoop to their level and set them straight. Why people have the need to be this way is beyond me (something missing in their own lives).

@JazzyS I will be going back I used to think that people who stir the shit pot should be made to lick the spoon but I don’t behave that way anymore ,nor do I call people a dickhead I’m gonna have a chat with my higher power now and hand over and wish them generosity of spirit ,and I’ll give em my kindest smile when I go in . It’s so nice to know that people I have never actually met like… miss me not miss me miss me but notice when Im not around. I’ve never actually felt that before… you ladies are so amazing and I’m so happy and grateful to be apart of this beautiful community!!!
