I have missed today and yesterday so far because of massive migraine headaches. I’ve pretty much lived with painkillers and couple of smoothies. I will catch up when I can.

Yeah they definitely suck. I’ve been dealing with them since I was a toddler. The good thing though my pain tolerance is pretty high until the nausea kicks in. Feel better my love 🩷:purple_heart:
Day 12 complete. Oof still sore from the past few days and definitely had to evoke the metal playlist but I did it. Now to shower and coffee.
Day 7 done I don’t think I will be able to catch up this time.
Don’t worry about catching up. Do what you can. I am doing what I can and not meeting goals on challenge. After 11 days I can see so much improvement for me.

Day 8 and 9 done from the abs challenge.
Raspberry workout lol and sit ups caught up and day 13 is done on both. Pretty proud that I pushed through. Everyone’s doing awesome!!!

Getting back to the challenge, 10 min day 10 done. Part of me wants to catch up NOW but I don’t want to push myself too much. Couple missed days won’t matter as long as I continue working out. Besides there’s time to catch up later.
Never in a million years I would have expected someone naming a workout after me.
