Well you are one in a million… I officially declare it to be the Raspberry workout. That’s how I wrote it in my notebook lol. Glad to see you back. And exactly, catching up could definitely be a bit much. Just keep pushing forward 🩷:purple_heart:
Day 11 done. Grateful that I can do 40km+ hikes stably without pain in my toe.
Awesome sauce. I can’t wait to be able to hike again. Winter air and my lungs don’t fair well lol. Glad to see ya back 🩷:purple_heart:
Day 15 of both and the @Raspberry workout of course Definitely a rough start but pushed through.
10 min day 11 done.
Maybe it’s silly but I am a little proud I continued after the break. I used to give up easily by making all sorts of excuses. Now I actually want to keep improving.
Hey guys. It’s been a blast, but I’m out. I’ve had headache and lower back pain for a few days so I’m behind and will need to tap out.
That’s how I started too. Last month I literally only wrote down the first 2 wks out because I was certain I would tap. By the end of the month I was realizing the mental benefits as well (very much dismissed it in the past). Now it’s my key to sobriety. I also do a sort guided meditation every night and mini yoga session and my sleep is times better. So stick around with our little group. If you find something you like, keep it up. You’re doing great. We’re so proud of you

Sorry to see you’re not feeling well. Get some rest. Maybe we’ll see you in March:thinking: The important thing is you’re healthy. Love and light friend
Thank you.
I have done yoga and meditated every now and then in the past. I do want to add them to my sobriety toolbox as daily routines.
I’m guilty of dismissing the positive mental benefits of exercise too.
I don’t know if it counts as meditation but after each workout I have stopped shortly, relaxed on the mat and scanned my body. Then paid attention how I feel and last focused on my surroundings before getting up.
Day 10 done.
Definitely does. Any time fully with yourself. 🩷
Day 17 completed after completing the Raspberry WO 🩷💜
2 x 10 min so days 12 and 13 done. Added a quick neck and shoulder stretch between rounds. I can’t say I enjoy planking but it’s getting easier.
That’s awesome! Getting stronger everyday
I did not expect to notice any changes at this point, it is pretty awesome.
Love this. Glad we could help each other 🩷💜
Day 17 completed
Rasberry + 10 min yoga + both challenges. Time to soak 🩷:muscle:
Day 13 and 14 completed.
Yesssss!!!
Day 14 done. Did a few extra side leg raises on weaker side. When I’m standing on left leg I can’t keep my balance as well.
