Iām open to already existing March challenge. I would need some beginner friendly adjustments but I like it has only four different moves to remember if I looked right.
Iām also interested to hear @CR84 if you had a workout planned for us.
I like the one @JazzyS posted (so happy to see your flower appear lol) I also found this little gem. Iām down for whichever or both. Iām also keeping the @Raspberry workout as my warm up lol

I can feel my muscles burn just by looking at the challenge sheet.
I know exactly what you mean. Just 1 plank a day I have gained strength. Yesterday I brought both our garbage cans back to house from street 1000 ft at the same time. Never ever could do that before. Amazing just a few exercises everyday can make a huge impact. Our bodies are so amazing when taken care of.
I am in for March. Definitely will finish February even though it runs a few days in March. I love setting these goals and meeting them. The sense of achievement is such a mental boost and gives confidence in my every day life. Confidence yes I sure was lacking that while drinking and drunk. They (you know who they are) say Alcoholics are selfish. That may be but I never thought of my SELF in the true sense while drunk. Focusing on me and making me a better person is a wonderful new concept. Thank you Sobriety!
Day 19 and 20 completed for me. Still striving to get a full sit-up done. Might take a few more weeks but definitely stronger.
This is exactly it! Iāve never completed any of these challenges until I started here in January. Iāve noticed the physical and mental improvements for sure. Iām also gonna finish February in March lol
Day 24 complete. I forgot to post yesterdayās completion lol.
Day 21 and 22.
Day 21 done yesterday. I tried to do a workout today but my body was against it. Jumping jacks hurt my leg. I did some windshield wipers but I donāt think Iāll count those.
Day 23 and 24 done today. Side plank accomplished. I am getting stronger.
Days 22 and 23 done. Jumping jacks and I arenāt buddies right now, so I replaced them by making more other moves.
While working out I had a chat with Mr. Raspberry and it came out he envies me doing this. I told Iām doing another challenge next month and itās likely he joins my workouts in March.
Day 26 completed took a little extra effort today lol
