Had a hard 30 minute Peloton ride tonight, over 10 miles and 525 calories burned. Was feeling good after my post-ride stretching so got day 3 doubles knocked out. Happy with today, time for bed!

Day two done for plank and knees up push ups
Day 2 1 set unmodified. Off to work. Ready for my weekend off!!
Day 3 double done while making the kids breakfast
Day 2 done! Still double sets and on my feet. No walk today!
Day 2 done. In need of some more simple exercises I can do at home. Any tips for an easy accessible program?

I’m planking again, doing pushups and following this old challenge this month Menno. It was my favorite workout challenge we’ve had so far. All body weight exercises and all fairly easy except those darn mountain climbers and burpees.
Day two done
Day two, done! I’m SO not a fan of upper body. lol
Still in it for the long hall… long hall meaning the shortest month and only the shortest month, thank goodness.
Do we ever to squats or something I’m so much more positive about lower body workouts.

Day 3 double done, but it’s after midnight, so technically I missed a day and will double up today, but I’m doing doubles so it’s quadruple day!

Did the double 2 day last night with rest between the sets. That might have been the last day unmodified. Have to drop to my knees soon. Off to a spin class in a bit. I’ll do day 3 after, when I’m nice and warm.

Day 3 After doggo walking and some yoga. Lazy day to start my weekend off
