Made an easy mushroom soup with some mushrooms that were on sale. Used high protein milk for a protein boost. Yummy.

I made this wrap with one shredded carrot, one egg and some spices, cooked in the airfryer for about 7 minutes. :woman_cook::kiss_mark:

It’s filled with chickpeas, onions, spinach, broccoli and a creamy pesto.

Wifey was feeling sad because I have to cook and clean all the time :cry: So she bought these.

It was actually pretty good. It’s not frozen. Only 530 calories. So I got portion control.
I picked up the Greek salad. For me. My favorite kind of Greek salad.

@Juli1 its my Dream Food. I would eat all if they were in the fridge .. so for me 1 at a time. If you feel like saying, how did you do that?? :heart:

“No Knead” Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups (450g) flour

  • 2 tsp instant or rapid rise yeast

  • 2 tsp kosher salt

  • 1.5 cups (375 ml) very warm water

Directions:

  • Mix dry ingredients, then add water, mixing till its “wet and sloppy” and not kneadable

  • Cover with cling wrap then place it in a warm place (25 – 30 C / 77 – 86 F) for 2 hours.

  • 30 minutes before the dough is finished rising, preheat oven to 230 C/450 F and put Dutch oven (or cast iron) in while it preheats

  • Scrape dough out of bowl onto floured surface and shape roughly to deflate

  • Flip dough upside down onto a piece of parchment paper, placing the shaped side underneath

  • Place paper and dough in the Dutch over (or cast iron) and bake for 30 minutes with the lid, 15 minutes without the lid

  • Remove from oven, let cool for 10 minutes and dig in!

Hope it works out for anyone who try’s it as well as it has for me! I bake 1-2 loafs a week :heart_eyes:

On a mission to make damn sure my muscle food/calorie cut is fucking epic.

Chicken breast in soy with black rice and edamame with stir fry greens and roasted butternut squash. Some almonds and feta for taste. 60+g protein.
