Wow, love the colors! And all that lovely quinoa. Need to try my hand at falafel again. It’s been a long time.

Looks amazing bet it tastes good need to give me the recipe if it’s aloud😋

She did get hers. We don’t give them people food unless it’s very dog friendly. But seriously funny. I got 2 doors to my deck, where the grill is, and Minnie was stationed at one and Benson at the other. They know I’m grilling. When I’m just cooking dinner in the kitchen they don’t seem to care.

Ok, one from me. to many pumpkins laying around.
So for breakfast…
Home made sugar free pumpkin pecan “cheese” cake with home made yoghurt and home made pumpkin jam. I never use recipes so always a wonder when a cake turns out to actually be a cake when opening the oven.

Looks n sounds delicious. @Maria I also don’t use recipes . Love being creative . Is that “cheese” non dairy?

We’re celebrating Finnish Independence Day today (103 years). I had @Milele and another friend over for coffee and cake.

I like making cakes but frosting/decorating is a headache :exploding_head: It tasted good, tho :yum:
Vanilla sauce and cream, white chocolate, blueberries, black currants, cardamom, buttercream frosting with blue food colouring.

For the second Saturday in a row my bestie and me got a take home fancy dinner from michelin starred restaurants, mostly prepared dishes that need finishing at home. Last week it was delivered at home , yesterday I had to pick it up myself. This one was less work preparing than last week but more courses. And more photogenic although last weeks’ might have been just a little bit more exclusive and special. Anyway, yesterday’s food included: nashi pear with pecan as amuse, coquilles St Jacques in some sort of coconut lime sauce, a fantastic steak tartar, pumpkin ravioli, pasta pulpo, sweetbread and this great mango cream on coconut pastry donut as desert. Not bad at all. :yum: Corona has some nice side effects too.

(not my glass of wine btw)

Clean out the fridge, scratch made chicken and broccoli alfredo.

Haha unfortunately I didn’t make that one. It was pretty good though!

Also cleaned out the fridge: leftover chicken breast and stock + mushrooms needing to be used = chicken in chicken mushroom gravy, red potatoes and roasted carrots, cauliflower and broccoli.

Hey thanks. jeah. baking is not realy meant to do without recipe, but you must have experienced that as well  But sometimes it works!
no. it is like skyr made from kefir. I use raw milk to make kefir since I am lactose intollerant but still want to have the good stuf from the milk. And since I live in the country side I can easily get it at a farm. I lived vegetarian and even vegan for 15 years but did in the end do havoc on my body. So looking for new balance.
