a simple yet so satisfing mango and grapefruit salad 
my two favorite fruits… Tomorrow I’m thinking because prawns/shrimp are an Australian staple at Christmas time , I might so a mango , grapefruit, prawn, fetta, baby spinach, snow peas, coriander/cilantro, walnuts!! I think that sounds that a light fresh tangy summer salad !?

No this farm is just up thr road from me. They only open for a couple of weekends and close until next harvest. Its a serene place and of course… love me some blueberries with protein shakes and desserts

Always frozen bb’s in the frezzer on hand for smoothies ! And I like them just as a snack on there own when there fresh. I could eat my weight in them lol. They come in such tiny plastic containers In Australia ! I only buy them fresh when on special once or twice a fortnight. Very expensive other wise.

I guess we are lucky here. 2ltr container full for $10 and you can eat as much as you want while picking. Really nice family who own this orchid… and yes they are very more-ish to eat on there own lol
