Foodies Unite #2

Lol. Me too. And I got this Amazon disease where shit just shows up at my house
My wife is always like, “where are we going to put that?” “Or we already have one of those.” My favorite spatula broke quite a few months ago :grimacing: and as you can tell I still have not gotten over it and I can’t find a good replacement. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Also my first job at the tender age of 14 and 9 months was at McDonald’s till I was 18, so in those 4 yrs I had seen many a worse thing than a frozen mc rib lol… I’m immune to anything un natural after working there :joy:

This came up in my “memories” newsfeed, that I’ve made last year. I’ll have to make another batch soon; smoked salmon chowder :yum:

Farfalle pasta with lemony dill Alfredo sauce, peas, and tuna. Definitely would have been better with shrimp or scallops. Used what was on hand. A bit spicy too (for me, lol), as a touch of cayenne in the sauce

@Salty and @RosaCanDo It’s my kids’ favorite. We were going to have it for Christmas Eve, but the yellow squash was looking a little peaked.

I can only dream my little guy would eat this! Picky little monkey. One day hopefully! I keep offering and keep working at it  Looks delicious

Just keep sitting him down in front of Ratatouille! That’s how it started, a long time ago. We made it because of the movie and we are still making it. :rat: :eggplant: :onion: :tomato: :baguette_bread:

Made a quick spicy Italian sausage soup with zucchini, mushrooms, baby spinach and kale, tomatoes and funky campanelle pasta. Tasty and soul warming.
