Yes, I have the killer pan! I asked for an air fryer last Christmas and instead I got a pan.

I also have several Le Creuset that I picked up at a garage sale for $2 a piece. That’s right. TWO DOLLAHs! There is no way they could have purchased them. They must have been a gift. Big, big score.

That would be a challenge for me. Though less meat is a good thing, but still! You’re a thoughtful mom to be so accommodating.

You know, I am in a rental but I still think I am going to pay to have a gas line run so I can bring my natural gas grill here (from the house I own). Though natural gas is not my ideal grilling method, it sure is handy in Nebraska winters.

What do you grill on?

Natural gas. I love it!! It’s really the best.
And as usual I like the no clean up factor.

My frozen waffle addiction is still strong. Even with my Darth Vader waffle maker. I honestly can’t control it🤦🏽‍♀️

In my defense I did switch to multigrain ones🤣

Christmas Pavlova. Choc icing on side to stick the choc finger biccies to, salted caramel on top, followed by Chantilly cream, a mix of raspberry and blueberry, banana and passionfruit centre, and white chocolate biscuit bits for crunch. Goes alright :+1:

Very impressive.
Can I get one of those to go? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
Happy Christmas.

You sure can get one to go.
It won’t be pretty when it arrives though…
Not pretty at all.
Depending how long it takes it may also be inedible.
Probably worth the risk though

My first meal today was Christmas supper. Struggled a bit and was an emotional day with family issues (which drops my appetite) but pulled through and wanted my little guy to see me eat. Roast beef tenderloin, mashed, carrots, gravy and coleslaw I made I also made a gingerbread cake but didn’t have that. Will try it tomorrow :yum: No fancy plating here. Just like mum served it lol (then I mix coleslaw in potatoes :joy:)

I don’t eat a lot of meat…but when I do,

a medium rare Ribeye with baby portobellos works just fine. Pan seared and finished in the oven.

This all looks marvelous. I especially like the look of that slaw! Sorry things are rough. Big hug coming through for you.
